We offer full refund, resend, or return acceptance for delayed orders:

  • USA: Orders delayed more than 38 days from warehouse departure
  • International: Orders delayed more than 60 days from warehouse departure
  • Brazil: Orders delayed more than 110 days due to strict customs

📦 Order Not Received

If you haven't received your package and tracking shows issues:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address
  • Recipient unknown or refused delivery
  • Package not picked up in time
  • Uncleared customs issues

Note: A non-delivery certification from your local post office with official seal may be required for refund processing.

🌍 Geographic Limitations

Returns to our China warehouses only. International return shipping is expensive and takes 3+ months with high risk of loss or damage.

Restricted destinations: We cannot accept returns from Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Bangladesh, Nepal, and other remote locations due to shipping limitations.
